First things first, you will meet directly with Jared so that he can learn more about your home preferences and needs, like price point, space, etc. This will give him an excellent foundation to search for your new home.

Pre-Approval

Pre-approval is a necessary step in buying a home. You will need pay-stubs, W2s, and other proof of income documentation to complete pre-approval.

The Search Begins

Once you've gained pre-approval, Jared will begin searching through his network for the perfect home for you and your family, based on your preference and price point.

Make an Offer

Once you find something you love, Jared will work with you to prepare and submit an offer on the house.

Negotiation & Contract

Not every offer goes through, and sometimes there is a negotiation that happens. If the seller doesn't outright deny or approve the offer, you might have the option to negotiate and pay more than your original offer to buy the home. Once this is done, you will be on your way to officially being a homeowner!

In Escrow

You're so close! Escrow is the period of limbo when documentation is still being finalized, but you and the seller have agreed to the terms.

Final Details

Once documentation is in, it's time for the little stuff, like appraisals, inspections, and more.

Closing

You did it! This is the transfer of funds and ownership. A title company or attorney typically acts as an independent third party to facilitate the closing.
